Palermo's is my go-to for pizza, always great and has multiple locations throughout Grand rapids this is my first time at this location and as always the pizza does not disappoint the dough is always nice and soft with just a little crunch to the crust the lady that made my pizza and worked the counter was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely would recommend trying this location if you haven't already.
I’m not eating bread anymore so My hunt for a pizza place was on for crustless pizza. This is about 1.79 pounds of toppings. Very delicious. Took care of my pizza craving. Janice the owner took great care of me. Highly recommend this crustless pizza.
My mother and I brought my father here today for the first time since his stroke. The staff were very friendly. When my mother explained that he could understand them but had limited speech skills, they immediately engaged with him in yes or no questions and some conversation. They were very kind and accommodating. He struggled with the floppy slices of pizza, and they provided us some plastic cutlery and a cup and straw for his drink. The pizza was great, but the staff really stood out when they helped make today a great experience for all of us.
We came here Friday with a ton of little girls after leaving a spa with them, my cousin was here from out of town but remember this pizza place being so delicious so she wanted to sit here and eat. However they were so welcoming and calm ...
We just tried the pinwheels and pasta salad tonight and oh my goodness! They were excellent!! The whole family was a fan of them both. The pasta salad gave us a taste of summer and the pinwheels was a nice change from your average slice of pizza! A win for dinner tonight! i definitely recommend trying them out. And not to mention, the staff at Palermo are ALWAYS welcoming and sweet with smiles on their faces!
I've tried nearly every local place for pizza and keep coming back to Palermos! The za is always perfectly cooked and the delivery is speedy with friendly service. Can't recommend enough.
I can't believe that I'm just getting around to writing a review for the place that makes the best subs in town. I've been ordering subs, in particular their deluxe subs, since the 1970's. I used to go there more frequently when I lived in Wyoming. I've been there so many times that I still remember their phone number without having to look it up. It's a bit of a drive from Grandville, but worth the drive. I picked up subs last evening, they were every bit as good as they've always been.
I was out in the area recently & saw this lil place tucked near Speedway. I love trying new places & this did not disappoint. The sauce tasted like you were biting into fresh tomatoes...not the store kind, but the home garden variety that is allowed to ripen on the vine. Soooo goooood! I've been there twice within a month....& I live 45 minutes away!!!!
